Vector files are best: .AI, .SVG, .PDF, .EPS. High-res bitmaps like .JPG or .PNG may also work depending on the job. 

Results may vary depending on the complexity of the design. While we use rotary attachments to accommodate curved surfaces, flat surfaces yield the best results.

 It depends on the complexity, quantity, size of the design, and the material. Smaller jobs have a much quicker turn-around time.

Yes, we do accept personal items for laser engraving! Before shipping anything to us, please contact us first at orders@crimsoncustoms.com to confirm that your item is suitable for engraving and to receive shipping instructions. 

We require:

• Approval of the item type and material
   
• A signed waiver acknowledging that engraving is done at your own risk (as some materials may react unexpectedly)
   
• Prepayment for engraving and return shipping

Yes, certain plastics (like PVC) release harmful fumes. Please check with us before using unfamiliar materials. 

No. Provided it is an approved material, there will be no damage to the item. The laser is precisely controlled and should only affect the surface as needed.
